Voicing concerns about your healthcare experience
The HQCA is unable to review individual concerns or complaints. The Health Quality Council of Alberta Act is the legislation that establishes the HQCA’s mandate and focuses our work on identifying system-level improvements to healthcare across Alberta.
Patient feedback is a valuable source of information to the healthcare system for ongoing quality improvement, which is why we conduct patient experience surveys. It is also important that you have the opportunity to have your specific concerns addressed, and we want to help you find the right avenue.Click here to learn more
