Designed for healthcare professionals who want to expand their working understanding of patient safety and quality management concepts, this course is sponsored by the HQCA and the Ward of the 21st Century (W21C).
It runs from September 2016 to March 2017 and is offered through the University of Calgary’s Office of Continuing Medical Education & Professional Development.
