Delegate Resources

The HQCA defines a “delegate” as a person authorized by a physician to view and access the physician’s report. With the physician’s approval, the HQCA can give a delegate access to the report within two weeks of receiving the request.

Delegate access will be renewed annually.

Panel Reports 101 Webinar
