Working With Your Patients

In 2022 the HQCA launched a public information campaign called Working with Your Healthcare Team for patients and families.

The purpose of the campaign is to help increase awareness about how individuals can be active participants in their healthcare team. It aligns with the HQCA’s mandate to promote and improve person-centred care.

The information materials we have developed for patients and families may also be useful for healthcare providers to share, print, or distribute at locations where they deliver care.

To order print copies of these materials or ask questions, please contact us.
